KPD’s “tone” is a bit different for this one vs Olave. Almost as if they’re downplaying the brick throwing, shoving, phone thing. This seems more serious so I’m wondering if Gayle and co threatened to withhold funds to someone

I did an experiment this morning. I went outside and tried to throw a brick at something without breaking the thing I was throwing at. This is what is claimed in the police report. I failed. Something is rotten in the state of Kenner here.
