I watch other teams with two or three legit pass rushers that bring it on passing downs. Allen has stubbornly refused to bring anyone with that skill set in, opting for the bigger run stuffing ends. That is a huge problem when he uses his patented 3 man rush. Pass rushers change games not playing soft zone.

It’s not just Allen. The saints developed a prototype in players they want with physical attributes. That’s why you wound up with guys like Davenport, Turner, and Foskey.
