Has he taken a snap at QB? Is he even a possibility at QB depth? I'd take him over Jamie any day to move the chains.

He’s had a nagging injury so they have held him out of the games intentionally. He’s a vet he doesn’t need preseason anyway.

This and his role is more of those "specialty plays" that no one runs in the preseason.
IMO, for QBs, this offseason was more about getting Carr acclimated to this offense, is Winston good enough to keep as QB2, what do we have in Haener.

When the announcers were talking about the Fresno St. connection with Carr and Haener, they cut to Carr cheering him on from the sideline and it was at least a little bit interesting that Taysom was right there beside him.
