Both Payton and Brees are trying to get the same results with half the focus and effort. It's sickening.

As far as championships are concerned we are done. Payton will never reach that pinnacle again with the Saints. If you look at this season everything that was unimaginable has happened. The offense has go to straight shite. Brees playing and making decisions like a rookie at times. We are no longer feared by anyone. The Superdome is no longer a horror show for the opponent, basically a training ground for the opponent. The defense has become a major joke, though it was never really good to begin with, they were more respectable in the past. And to top it all off they get swept by the shitty Falcons. A team we have OWNED for the last 9 years.

I still can't wrap my brain around these idiots who think we should get rid of CSP. I'm on the "let's can Les" wagon but this is totally different IMO. This guy brought a downtrodden franchise to their first SB. His leash is very long... It has to be. We have had mostly successful seasons under CSP. All of the best seasons we've had in the entire franchises history have been under him. Thats nothing to play with.

I'd like to agree with you, but you're living in the past. This is a "what have you done for me recently" kind of league and fan mindset. The steady decline should be obvious- personnel, poor drafts, FA mistakes, subpar coaching from top to bottom, and FO miscalculations. No one is irreplaceable except maybe Drew with a restructured contract.

Well just last season he took us to the divisional round of the playoffs and lost to the eventual super bowl champions. But yeah, lets fire him for one bad year out of the last 5 he has coached.

What do you disagree on? You think SP should be let go?

That just makes you an idiot
