Special Teams improvement

Was looking up stats and we're ranking in the tops of most ST categories.
Kasey 9/11 is top 6
Top 5 in punt returns
Top 10 in KO returns
Morstead has 2nd most touchbacks in nfl
We have allowed the fewest punt return yards in nfl: 10
helps when we've punted the 2nd fewest times in 11

How is that not a good thing considering who we've played and who those respective teams have returning punts and kickoffs?
Much rather start someone out at the 20 than risk them getting a free touchdown and making the punting situation even worse.

Was thinking he was talking about punts. He should have specified touchbacks on kickoffs 
ETA: so it would be better for there to be a touchback on a punt than possibly downing it inside the 20 or forcing the opponent to call a fair catch inside the 20?
Not sure when returns for touchdowns have been easy or "free touchdowns"
