It's not all Mickey's fault. In past years we haven't been able to identity and draft the right talent. It will take another 3-4 years of us drafting like we did this year to right the ship.

As for Cooks and Vaccarro. They're both good players, but not tier 1 talent guys. Cooks will never be a number 1 guy. That's just not him and we're forcing him to fill that role and it doesn't suite him. He's a slot/number 2 guy and always will be.
