As Fans, we must join together to build a large, united stance by sending a strong message to the NFL and Commissioner Goodell that if the Saints organization and its players are disciplined by imposing of suspensions, we will pursue a class action cause in Federal court.
Contact us through our contact page requesting to join a class action against the NFL. You will be contacted if the need to proceed with class action litigation becomes necessary.
Please note, there are no fees or expense to any plaintiff for joining this class action cause in Federal Court.

On what grounds? Payton lied to his employer, more than once... that is what Goodell is all pissed off about... This will get laughed out of court... if it ever got that far.

Say what you want but if it can be shown that other teams have had bounty programs during the same time period there would be a case. Though I doubt any involved party would take on the NFL.
