You didn't need an up close view. You could see it in the far shot they showed.

He was definitely out on at least one of the steps, but I'll give the refs the benefit of the doubt. It would have been hard to see because the receiver barely stepped out on the play.

The blatant holding calls; however, weren't acceptable. Especially after the one they called on Armstead which was iffy at best (on the replay I saw no Jersey, just good form blocking). If you call that on Armstead, then call it like that on Philly too.

He was out (both feet even). Probably the reason it wasn't challenged is because they ran the next play so fast

it was never definitive. the only camera angle they showed was on the opposite sideline
