I'm more against it because of the pass interference. He lives on it not getting called on him.

If he came here they'd call it on him every time and he'd be Whittier for it

Let's just sign every FA name out there and any name that comes up in trade talks. Should we? Yes. So these dumb threads stop ruining this board and ST. Belongs on MSB, nobody give a fk about Sherman or any other FA not in some way already linked to NOLA. Until that point in time, this dipspit has nothing to do with the Saints.

If this is 2 years ago I would say no and stand pat with the set up we are trying to create. However, with having 2-3 seasons left of relevancy, I wouldn't mind going #allin.

He wasn't in the NFL the last time we played the Patriots (not counting preseason obviously), and became a starter for them in 2015.

So no, I don't member

FYP.

That game was the worst refs job I've ever seen. What I'm saying is you get away with more stuff when you play for NE.

Possibly. They aren't similar corners at all in that regard. The Patriots don't play a similar way either

The Saints had .038 flags per play against them in 2016.
The Patriots had .037.

Seattle had .047.

Sherman still gets called for a bunch of them too, but they aren't going to call it every play.

So a bit different

And with Browner, he was the most penalized player coming to the Saints and on pace to be the most in NFL history, despite sitting out and playing in Canada.

Soo you wouldn't want someone who takes away an entire side of the football field?
Regardless if he's in cover 3 or not?

Those of you saying no, well I don't know what to say about you, since enough was said already.

32 for Sherman, 42 for Butler. Best secondary in the league.

Not last year he wasn't. Butler played better last year. Not to mention Butler is 27 while Sherman is 29. Sherman also battled a couple injuries last year. And of the two, Sherman is just as much, if not more, of a system CB than Butler is.

We need a #1 shutdown corner. Not a guy who plays one side of the field who can't follow the best wideout. I'm not sure how people don't understand that about Sherman .

Just because he doesn't do it does not mean he can't do it well.

Yall are literally retarded! Sherman is an elite corner and superior to Butler, period. Don't let your feelings for a professional athlete you have never met cloud your judgment. That's childish.

The Seahawks would accumulate $9.4m in dead cap if they trade Sherman. Next year would only be $2.2m.

Crazy how one post-game interview with Erin Andrews over 3 years ago has carried this guy's hype into 2017.

Exactly a bunch of ya'll are allowing your personal feelings towards him cloud your judgement. Same ones who probably wouldn't vote Terrell Owens into the hall of fame.
