So...instead of giving more snaps to Kikaha and Muhammad
It appears we prefer to bring in another player to decorate the sidelines. He was released with an injury settlement from the Bears but did have a 8 sack campaign in 2015.

He is listed as both. I can't imagine us bringing him in to play LB though considering his previous success at rushing the passer.

No. I would like to see us properly distribute snaps at these positions to see if we have capable people on the roster before adding more people who may not even play.
Also the Bears cut him less than a month ago on an injury settlement. I know how much we love injured players who were good a few years ago but I doubt the player they cut was the player who put up those stats.

What does 1 have to do with 2. Bringing in someone to sit on sidelines as you say, effects people getting snaps? Did you even read this before you hit post?

No heat in the first two games. Almost like the teams messed with us in preseason so the staff thought they were good to go with personnel.

I definitely agree Muhammad needs more snaps, but this would be a good move is lamar is over his injury and ready to contribute.
