Good news. I figured if they struck out on Murray, their next options were to wait to see if AP would become or available, or look to the draft.

Would fill the need for some speed in the backfield. Which would make them more flexible in the draft.
I bet he is weighing getting more money but also more of a workload and the Saints offer of a bit less cash with more of a role thats a 3rd down and change of pace type.

I wouldn't say a lock yet, because there are more RB-needy teams, with more cap space, but I would say it is a good thing.
