Maybe I'm being to hard on the D. They had their moments. My only issue is all of the cardinals scoring drives were so damn easy. Wide open receivers. Running the ball with ease. When we punted the ball and had to get a 3 and out I knew the game was over. Our defense looked so weak the chances of us getting a 3 and out were zero.

Not all on him. We pretty much held them the last half of the second quarter and all of the third and all we got were field goals. The loss is on more than him. It's on Payton and a lot of the personnel.

We just simply don't have as great of personnel as we used to. Our roster got better, but it's still far from where we need it. On both sides of the ball.

At this point in the season I'm going to give Ryan a pass on any major criticism. He has most of his experienced secondary out on injured reserve. I think you will see a bigger difference when Lewis and Byrd are back in the line up....if Byrd EVER makes it back.

I think though that dismissing Gallette has had a bigger impact than many think although, I am confident that as the season goes on Kikaha will be a menace to OT's across the league

Looks bad with Allen and Ryan on sideline together. Cut bait and let Allen try and salvage something.

As far as Payton, you don't have the WR's to get separation you need, run the football will be the only way to help the defense stay off the field.
