they cant sign anyone else without making another roster move. roby to IR and pittman waived because they signed ninkovich and someone else last week, but got a roster waiver with smith and deuce being allowed to play

Damn we are cursed this season with the injuries. I liked what I saw of him. He looked eerily similar to Bush when they zoomed in on him and I thought it was reggie, but then I saw the guns, and they were about half as big. Id think PT would take them. Not Bush, we dont want him to be in even more risk of getting injured on the most violent play in football. On kickoffs you have 11 guys running full speed at your legs, while on punts you only have about 2 or 3 comin at you. Maybe Henderson? Lance? PT? What about the dude Lynell Hamilton that we had on the practice squad last time I checked. He was pretty freakin quick when I saw him in preseason. We just need someone to pick up a few yards, not be a homerun threat.

The amount of people on IR is stupifying. WTF is going on??? Is it lack of conditioning or what because it's not all broken bones or anything.


Conspiracy Theory:

SP loves the semi no-name players who are undrafted and later round picks who I think remind him of himself. Usually these guys are late round picks or undrafted becuase they are not as athletic or productive becuase they may be hurt or worn down during the season. Are we seeing more injuries because we have less athletic guys?
Glenn & Grant were First Rounder (Glenn 15 years ago), Porter is a second rounder and MM was a third rounder. Besides that these guys are all UFA or later round picks.
