He will go undrafted, then sign as an UDFA with the cowboys or the Patriots and be a complete stud. If any other team tries to sign him, the NFL will punish them and suspend Foster for a 8 games.

You're probably correct. If I were a GM I would draft him in the 5-7th and tell Roger to eat a dick.
