For a lot of things I might not like about Reggie (mostly during the USCheat years), he always seems to genuinely enjoy interacting with the fans.

Different people have different personalities. Reggie is a naturally quiet, laid back kind of person. He doesn't like to be around a bunch of people. He's not big in the locker room because he doesn't talk that much. He does open up to his closest friends on the team.

Yes he is a dick. My brother in-law went to a hornets game with his son, knowing that Reggie was going to be there. My nephew was dressed in his Reggie jersey and decked out with black and gold. They are pretty close to the floor and my nephew sits on the end in order to get his attention. He walks in with Kim K. and she sees my nephew and tells Reggie "look Reg there's a kid who wants an autograph" and my nephew is jumping up and down screaming "Reggie hey Reggie"
He looks, and says to Kim "come on, let's go to our seats" Just totally blew the 6 yr old off. Like I said "a dick!"

Jesus Christ, dude. So if Reggie doesn't sign every autograph for every person who wants one at every occasion then he's a dick?

Reggie Bush makes enough effort at PR, gives enough money to charity/local causes, and spends enough time in New Orleans to fall within the norm of the professional athlete's responibilities to the community. Some of you people won't be happy unless he's knocking back cold ones at your family BBQ, telling your kids about all the zany locker room pranks they pulled on last year's rookies, and jerking you off in the guest bathroom. fricking pathetic.

Not that he is, but so what if he is a little stand-offish and introverted. I'm an a-hole, too. But I'm also very good at my job- just like a lot of you that post on here. So who gives a frick?

I think we could split hairs all day long on this, but here are the basic facts....
He is great player
He is not a thug or trouble maker
The Saints are a much better team when he is healthy and on the field

He is NOT fan friendly and does not go out of his way to be a real community leader kind of guy.

Big deal. Move on is the correct answer.

I can appreciate the negative feeling people may have for this guy, especially if he is an a-hole to fans.

But look at what all this guy has had to deal with since he was drafted, then look at some of the other dipshits across the league (T.O., OchoCinco, CJ, etc.) and all the stupid distractions they bring.

Reggie seems to not feed all that crap. I really think he handles himself pretty well considering.

I can believe it. I don't give a shite though, he's paid well and should perform well on the field. That is all I care about.

Reggie even takes pictures with old white ladies... truly a great american.
