Really couldn't hurt our offense, amirite?

It would really open things up for Lance Moore underneath IMO. And it surely couldn't hurt the run game either.

Who needs him? How many Super Bowls has Randy moss won? Answer= 0.

Moss will play for a team that is doing good... We are doing good, but we won't get him. I don't think Moss won a ring yet, dont quote me, but maybe he wants to play for a team who has a chance to win it all

Soooo one of the key components in the greatest offense ever in the NFL couldn't help the saints?

Pats are 6-1 and he wasn't happy there either.

I think our team has enough leadership from Players and Coaches that R. Moss would be a good player for us despite not doing well in other places (see J. Shockey).

However, I do not think our main area of need is WR. It would not shock me though and I would be somewhat intrigued to see it work.

Maybe he could. But, at what cost? Payton has managed to stay away from players who tend to become locker room distractions.

STFU with the Moss hate...dude got traded a month ago and got unhappy when it turned into a trainwreck.

Moss is a guy who has proven that in good situations, he's legendary.

Unless you want to say that the defending champs isn't a good situation...have at it chief.

But Moss haters are ridiculous.

There's a better chance of dividing by zero than payton signing moss.

FALSE!

Payton and Co. have taken players that have had problems elsewhere and had success with them.

Shockey, Hargrove, etc........

Not even close.

Moss, unhappy in Minnesota, unhappy in Oakland, unhappy in New England, unhappy in Minnesota again!

I don't like him, never have. And you telling me to, isn't going to change that.

Sure he's a great player "when he wants to be".

Imagine him on a Saints team that spreads the ball around to 7-8 receivers in a game. No way he would get enough touches to make him happy.

Hell no. Did you watch him "play" these past few games? He didn't give a shite and that's how he played. He deserved to get tossed on his arse. He apparently won't give his all unless he thinks he's surrounded by sufficient greatness. That's not the attitude of a professional. He's a spoiled brat.

There's no need for a receiver. There's a need for DBs.
