Quietly hoping there's a way the Saints can pull off a coup and hire both Kubiak & Griese.

Maybe believing that Kubiak could be a one and done OC if he turn this offense around and gets HC calls in 2025, with Griese in house they could have the next OC ready to take over. Yea I know pretty unrealistic to think we get both but not 0% chance. It's been reported that Kubiak was their #1 target all along so the Griese interview may have been to discuss something along these lines.

Also been watching a lot of Derek Carr interviews, he must get paid a royalty everytime he uses the term "You Know". On a serious note I like the guy more and more every time I hear hime. Also the the people in the business respect the hell out of him as a teammate and professional except Michael Thomas but screw him, Thomas is getting some horrible advice on how to do whatever it is he's trying to do. So DV the hell out of this, but I'm not saying Carr is or will be an elite QB but the Saints can win with him once the get the "real" right people in the building. Yea Mickey, that was a dumb statement, knowing some of those people in the building weren't going to continue being in the building much longer.
