Since Atlanta runs a lot of no-huddle and we will have to play our 3 safety nickle set most of the game, I already know Anthony will play less than 15 snaps, so I figured lets get this out of the way now.

Apparently he's having an issue grasping the defense

Craig is too good to take off the field right now, and it sounds like Ellerbeast may be back.

I don't care who plays as long as they play effectively.

Or maybe he's just not that good and the Saints wasted another 1st round pick on failed talent.

Hmmm...which one seems more logical

Well given what the thread is about, the OP's post seems pretty logical.

Don't give a flying f@ck to be honest.

Just keep playing defense the way you have in 7 of the 8 quarters so far.

So he has been trucked more than he has tackles? Brilliant!

Oddly enough, we only ran it in the Raiders game. We didn't run it in the 1st game against TB. Or at all last year.

It's what Falcons fans have been wanting Matt Ryan and Shanahan to do for 2 years now but no one truly knows if it'll stick around for every game or if it was a fluke last game?!

Did they run it the entire game or only when the Raiders took the lead or tied the game?

Is it any more logical than anything you post on here?

Robertson has been really good and Mauti has surprised a little. Laurangitusitis hasn't been terrible. I'd think Anthony could be good at something, even if it's run support or rushing the passer. But I'm not prepared to bitch too much.

Strangely enough, they ran it the whole game except when they went up by 14.

Legit question - who is the Saints starting CBs and Safety's now? I know y'all had some injuries to your CBs.

Sanu is having a strong 2 games, so is Jacob Tamme and Julio is starting to get in rhythm during the Oakland game. Julio is actually banged up though and hasn't practiced all week but that's starting to be the norm and he still balls out on Sundays.

Base set in the NYG game we were playing with Sterling Moore and Ken Crawley (once Williams was out) as outside CBs, with 3 safeties on the field. Byrd and Vacarro played almost all of the snaps and Vonn Bell played a majority as the nickel back, but occasionally he switched with DeVante Harris in that spot.

We played almost the entire game with 4 DL, 2 LB, 5 DB

And Moore was on ODB all game, don't know if they will use him on Julio the same way, or he received the ODB assignment because he had success against him in the past.
