MARCUS DAVENPORT
This man is the key to it all. After Sunday night’s game against Tyron Smith, it appears that his time is now. Davenport collected seven pressures on the day, handing Smith his first five of the season. His 22 pressures already rank him ninth among edge defenders in the league. With Davenport and Jordan, the Saints have arguably the best bull-rushing tandem in the NFL.

Onyamatta is the wild card here.. he can be a pro bowler imo

We know what we have in rankins and Cam.

What’s crazy is that we have Davenport, Cam, Rankins and Onyemata

But Hendrickson and Malcolm Brown are really really good too and really underrated.

I just wish he could develop something other than his bull rush. I have faith that it will happen, but I need it to happen soon

Yeah the lack of a finesse move is what’s missing from his game and what needs to be added for him to make the jump. He’s a freak for sure though

He went right around Smith at least once. It wasn’t even a swim move, he just went around him.

Mario Edwards has been inactive and he isn’t no slouch, just injury history

Falcons offensive lineman with the HUGE trip to keep Rankins from crushing Matt Ryan. Check the tweet in the link.

Truth. Closing the door on Tavon Austin's jet sweep/end around was the most impressive thing to me.

The most impressive thing he does in my opinion is ending all reverse plays to his side. He’s so athletic he can always keep the receiver on the inside. Every single time one is ran to his side he gets on the outside and forces the runner inside.

it looks like he could have improved his leverage a bit on the point of attack yet he still bullrushed his arse back 5 yards.

If Klein hits that hole instead of bumping to the right - he annihilates Dak's shite

But yes Davenport is looking good!
