Davenport collected seven pressures on the day, handing Smith his first five of the season. His 22 pressures already rank him ninth among edge defenders in the league. With Davenport and Jordan, the Saints have arguably the best bull-rushing tandem in the NFL.

What’s crazy is that we have Davenport, Cam, Rankins and Onyemata

Yeah the lack of a finesse move is what’s missing from his game and what needs to be added for him to make the jump. He’s a freak for sure though

The most impressive thing he does in my opinion is ending all reverse plays to his side. He’s so athletic he can always keep the receiver on the inside. Every single time one is ran to his side he gets on the outside and forces the runner inside.
