Davis is eventually going to lose to Father Time so it does make sense to try and get anything you can for him to hopefully expedite a rebuild
Also it’s possible he’s asking for a trade to a contender that needs LB help (i.e Bengals, Bills)

i totally agree, and will have a hard time seeing him in another uniform, but let's get real.... he ain't getting no younger, or cheaper.... problem is we really don't have picks to try and find his replacement this year, with all the holes we already have, along with limited cap space to splash in FA... and we damn sure don't have his replacement already on the team

Trust the process. Remember, the Saints organization understands that some fans have to sell some of their home game tickets because of the economy. It doesn’t matter that the ticket resales are for a considerable loss.
