Miles has better talent to work with at his level vs his competition though. It's far easier to have a winning record consistently in that circumstance in college, especially with 3-4 automatic wins every single season whereas NFL anyone can truly win any given Sunday..
What Payton has done in New Orleans is truly building up. Miles deserves credit, but he's maintained..

Payton by far.
I don't trust les and I never will. Payton has more upside to him than Les has for the remainder of his career.
Les is on a much tighter leash than Payton could ever dream of. He did something right with the aranda hire but he needs to leave the offense and QB development alone.

Miles's teams very often look confused, unprepared and poorly coached. I don't see that so much when I watch the team with Coach Payton and Drew Brees.

Payton.
Miles felt more dramatic, but Payton has a better chance of winning a championship than Miles. Plus, Miles is probably gonna get fired next year.
