Good. Now admit you need to call short passing plays and script the 1st 2 drives. I really don't think we script the first quarter anymore.

Agreed....I don't think we need to run, run, pass....but 13 carries/attempts per game just will not cut it. I do think Sproles going down was huge though in regards to gameplan bc I thought we'd see more screens mixed in using his speed...

I just hope he doesn't force it to try and overcorrect himself. I always hope that we can get the running game going, but if we just can't it's just a wasted play

I'm more worried that he's full of shite. He said that balance was an issue last season and we're currently averaging a whopping .7 more rushing attempts per game than we did in 2012.

Well our running game has been pretty bad. It's hard to correct it by just running into a wall repeatedly (looking at you ingram)

Maybe after all these years he's realizing he has a guy named Pierre Thomas on his team and that he is a picture perfect back that averages 4.5 yards per carry over his career.
Then again maybe Ingram showed him something last week.

I think we should do more no huddle earlier in games, mixing in draws to get some running going.
