What’s the point of the ParkWhiz app if you aren’t guaranteed a spot? All you’re doing is guaranteeing the rate you locked in.

There are a few pay lot on Rampart between Poydras and the West Bank Expressway/90, and I suggest picking one of them. At least one is covered parking for an office building, and Rampart runs one way in the direction you will want to be heading to hook up with the interstate.
