With this win, the Panthers will be playing for the division lead. I find it hard to believe NBC won't pick this game over packers vs falcons. Fox will protect Seahawks vs Niners, leaving the Saints game open to be flexed. Sunday night atmosphere would be helpful IMO.

Chances are, the Panthers clinched a flexed game with the win tonight. There was a strong chance NBC would have flexed Eagles-Lions if Carolina had lost. The reason? Bigger markets/regions.

Yep and the other thing is that NBC hasn't stolen an NFC game yet so it's probably ripe for the picking.

The game on Sunday night is still 60 minutes long... just as it would've been with a noon kick off brah Time management, innit?
