Might as well bring him in for a tryout. All he has to do is prove that he's better than Webb. We could also place DeVante Harris on the practice squad to make room.

He won't get a tryout. He was waived due to having less than 4 years experience, and a team will put a claim on him. We're 12th in waiver order, I believe, so we don't stand much of a chance.

I have to think there's more to the story. The only thing I saw was that Bene said his conditioning needs someone work because they were running deep routes on him to soften him up for Julio to run routes on him. There had to be some locker room or coach issue to cut him on a Friday. Anything game/performance related and you would think it would have been done on Tuesday.
