If you start 0-2, the chances of making the playoffs are only 12 percent.
Looks like this one is a must win

What are our chances if we go 0-16?

The Saints were looking for contributions on defense from some good, young players this year and unfortunately their injuries are going to hurt this team. It's unfortunate, but the Saints are probably a sub .500 team again.

This shite again? Every year.

Doesn't really mean much. 0-2 is not the death sentence that ESPN has made it out to be. Teams that start 0-2, most of the time, just plain suck. So they fail to ever climb out of the hole. In today's NFL, where teams chuck it up and down the field (especially an offense like ours), it's much easier to climb out of that hole. Teams have done it and made deep runs into the playoffs.
This is a tough game for us. Those receivers will most likely have a field day against our secondary. But even if we fall to 0-2, if we put up a fight and look the way we did week 1; you'd be a fool to count us out.

we'll probably start 0-4, then win 4 to give us a glimmer of hope. Then alternate wins and losses en route to 7-9 or 8-8. I've seen this story before. Multiple times.

Heard that too.
But I also heard that no team who lost their last three games won the Super Bowl.

its because 88% of 0-2 team suck.......not because of a voodoo curse on 0-2 teams.

Those teams were largely bad and therefore started 0-2. It's not that good teams stumbled o 0-2 and couldn't recover.

@ Giants
Vs Falcons
@ SD
They should be 2-2 after this. 3-1 would be awesome.
But at 2-2 would anyone count us out? Now, if they go 1-3 or 0-4 they are doomed.

Who we play week 4?
San Diego.
Have a feeling you already know this, but I'll play anyway.

If the Saints lose Sunday, it would be the third 0-2 start in a row and four of the last five.

The Saints will be lucky to win 5 this year. The fact this thread is even made is pretty funny.
