Official Cam Jordan Hype Thread

The Drew Brees of the defense. The one guy, despite everybody else fricking up around him, who still delivers time and time again. The average NFL fan doesn't know much about the Saints defense. All they get from ESPN is "the Saints can't stop anybody." They probably can't name a single player on the Saints defense, EXCEPT Jordan, Cam. The fact that he can still stick out in such a consistently bad unit shows just how good he is. Many "elite" defensive players have a lot of help around them and without a doubt it helps them produce and be better players. Jordan hasn't had that help, ever and has still produced with the best of them.


PFF ranked Jordan the #2 edge defender in all of football last year as well as rated him a top 20 overall player in the nfl. Since 2013, Cam has more QB pressures than Von Miller. And that's really hard to do when the likes of Crawley and Webb playing 10 yards off the line of scrimmage. It's safe to say that Jordan had a lot less time to pressure QB's last year than any other elite DE.

When Breaux and Lattimore become the best young corner duo in all of football, Cam Jordan will have his best season in his entire career. My 2017 Prediction for killa Cam Jordan:
