Derek Carr is the 21 rated QB in the NFL through 3 games. He is behind Baker Mayfield, Joshua Dobbs, Geno Smith, Mac Jones, Gardner Minshew, and rookie CJ Stroud.

Winston was not elite yesterday, but the offense gave Grupe a chance to win.

Are we waiting for Kamara to return to run a damn screen? Shaheed needs the ball more, use him how SF uses Debo Samuel.

KC always have a check down option for Mahommes, we don't. We need to fix the play calling ASAP.

On one Winston drive, Olave, Thomas, and I think Johnson were all within 2 yards of each other on one route. Thats a WR issue or play calling.

We need to hire need someone to help with Offensive playcalling and creativity..

Pete Carmichael is not going to do anything creative. He is at best just recycling Sean's old play that were last relevant in 2011. He is not a play caller. He is a gopher. Only Allen would be stupid enough to use him to continue Payton old junk offense. You look at guys like Shanahan and guy in Miami. These guys reinventing offenses. Carmichael just calling random plays.

Should turn the playcalling duties over to Curry? At least see if he can be creative?

Terrible O Line play + Terrible Runningback play = bad QB play

The O-line isn’t great but good coaches can scheme around it. Pete is not a good coach. They need to send his arse to Denver and find someone who can scheme for our personnel. We have a ton of talent on offense.

Yep. I saw that on two plays I know of on the last drive. Just ridiculous. This team has talent at wr and he is not using them to spread out the defense so the receivers can get space to separate.

This receiver group should be operating like 09-11 group. Should be a least someone wide open through 3 progressions ... and yes there is time to go through the progressions.

Hey dumbass he was playing well and likely wouldve finished well against GBay.

He went down and we fizzled.

Shut up.

The one thing that stood out to me was that he missed Thomas in the back of the zone running an out at the end of the half. He tried to force it to Olave on 3rd down . He was looking at that side of the field and had hi/lo out routes. He should've seen Thomas wide open for the TD. This is where I keep seeing an issue. At this level, no way he should've missed Thomas while looking in that direction.
Not saying he played bad. That's just the one negative play that really stood out to me as something a NFL qb can see.

the WR were overheard saying winston was calling the wrong plays and was mixing the plays up.

when you watch the game, its obvious he just wasnt the least bit prepared to play because he never put it the work to learn the plays
