We have had issues in the past defending rookie QBs.

Panthers offense looked horrendous on Sunday in Atlanta.

They're missing both starting guards, right? I say low

In the “woe is me” mindset of so many of the fan base, wouldn’t missing 2 key starters increase the odds of a loss. They may as well all go ahead and take Carolina in their survivors pool

I think we're more likely to Matthew Stafford him. That was a pretty good year.

You're usually an idiot but I'll use this space to say that with Carolina down their two starting guards and their best cb this should spell a fricking w. This isn't an injured Jameis or washed Dalton we're trotting out there and our wr room after game 1 looked incredible.

We should fricking eat

Miles Sanders typically just runs right past our guys rather than through them. I don't think will be a gimme.

You are talking about a defense and a QB from about 12 years ago.

It doesn’t apply whatsoever to the game this Monday.

We've lost our last 2 games there, so I don't think so either. I still think saints win though

Yeah this is fake news. Heard a local radio break it down over the 25 years or so and the numbers don't say that. He said Saints win every 2 out of 3 games against rookies.

We had no tape on RG3 that game. They ran completely different stuff in the preseason. We at least have one game film on Bryce young now and what they want to run.

See the link. Saints are 15-6 since 2017 against rookie qbs and 39-19 since 2006. That RG3 loss was years ago. Saints defense will feast.

Seems like we always suck when playing at Carolina no matter how bad the Panthers are.

Sick of this stupid narrative. We have had good and bad games against rookie qbs.

2 very poor qb games spanning more than a decade for reference:

Another horrible false narrative.

8 double digit wins to 3 double digit loses since the 2010 season. 16-11 since that season.

Their defense is really good and shut us down last year. I believe we only scored 7 points. Penning will have trouble blocking their stud DE Burns.
