IMO the players will play this year. I understand there are issues with the coaches and the way they are unionized but I wouldn't be shocked to see Payton back this season.

It's hard to understand what the NFL's thought process is here.

The league's lawyers are really, really scared about what the judge is going to rule.

I would.

Nevertheless, great news for the players that stuck it out and fought the good fight.

I'm glad you decided to keep your "(no message)" post and then post twice more in succession.

This whole ordeal pisses me off so bad that I couldn't watch any sports channel. I know for a fact this has been answer, but how does the judge have jurisdiction to overrule RG?

Only reason all of this is going on with all the punishments is because the nfl is facing serious law suits from many retired nfl players, and the nfl is doing everything they can to show they care about the players being healthy beforeany of the court cases start. That's my opinion but really believe its correct

Anyway, reading the ESPN comments (which I know I should never do), but it seems like the opinion is turning.
Pretty neat.
