I thought about starting a thread for individual ones but I think we can post most of the ones that aren't directly about the Saints in one thread.

However, these first 2 do effect the Saints a great deal:

Sheldon Rankins is going to end up going in the top 10. Maybe even as high as 4th overall to Dallas

Also:

Bengals are trying to move up ahead of the Vikings to draft Doctson, allegedly. They are also may have to move up as high as 14 to do so. Per a Cincy blog. So, salt grains.

Trade spot to watch: #Browns at No. 8. They've been having discussions with teams behind them who would want to come up for Ezekiel Elliott

Mike Mayock says Myles Jack's knee issues are major issue & may require more surgery. "I'll be very surprised if he goes in the top 10."

Now I'm hearing NYG will for sure go for best OT on board at No. 10 and that looks like Jack Conklin. Want OT over LB Leonard Floyd.

Sources: #Bama LB Reggie Ragland was flagged for an enlarged aorta, which requires yearly monitoring. Some teams have pushed him down a bit

Elliott before #12 is essential for pushing some talent down to NOLA

rotoworld-

The Cowboys are becoming increasingly unlikely to take Elliott at No. 4, leaving the sweet spot for Elliott at the Nos. 8-13 range. A case could be made for all four of the Browns (No. 8), Giants (10), Bears (11), and Dolphins (13) to take Elliott. If the Browns can move back another 3-5 spots and pick up another second- or third-round pick in the process, it'd probably be a smart move. It's hard to imagine an analytics-driven team taking a running back in the top-ten picks.

If he fell to 12, you'd have to imagine someone would want to move up to get in front of the Phins.

The problem is that the Saints have an unnatural aversion to trading down. I've given up even considering this option, because I'm tired of the false hope

also why the decreased pick time pisses me off, give teams more time to mingle mother frickers.

Or Elliot available at #12 is also a way of trading back with the Colts who need a RB right in front of Miami (#13) who also need a RB. Doubt he falls to #12 but it's possible

There's no way he falls to #12. If the Browns dont take him at 8 and/or trade with either Chicago or Miami for that pick, he will be picked by the Giants at #10. No chance Elliot makes it out of the top 10.

While I agree, I've been trying to remove the words "no way" and things like that from my vocabulary on the draft. I don't do a good job of it sometimes (Re: Jarran Reed). The draft is just too unpredictable.

The Cowboys, Browns, Bears and Giants (picking before #12) all need RBs in this draft. It's highly unlikley Elliot is sitting at #12 still. The Cowboys want Ramsey or Elliot so if the Chargers take the CB at #3 the Elliot is gone at pick #4

Agree. Which is why every offseason I wish we could ban the phrase "trade back" on this board when discussing the draft.

You should put all those rumors into your OP rather than have them get lost throughout the thread
