Seems every year we are just a hodgepodge bunch of unknowns or older players praying they can recapture the magic.

The vision is not about winning championships. The vision is about doing enough to keep their jobs so they can keep earning pay checks for as long as possible. The vision at best is to remain a playoff contender.

Bean counter who does a great job managing the cap, but doesn't have the eye for talent. Recent events have put us in a precarious position but he's the guy to get us through it. How much say so does he have in personnel decisions?

Every season without fail, we agree preseason doesn't mean much. Referencing things like the 2008 Detroit Lions 4-0 preseason record followed with the 0-16 regular season record. Then some bad things happen and we suck, we will suck, our coaches suck, our GM sucks... BLOW IT UP!
