I would not be against this, for the long run. Get Olave and Willis, then the next best OT available which is probably Jamalree Salyer from UGA

Would be heckin awful that kid is a project and we have a top 5 defense and a great offensive line with top 10 RB and WR1

Further, there will be instant plug and play starters available at 16 and 19 for our two greatest positions of need (tackle and WR).

We don't have the offensive staff to take on a project like Willis imo

One of those picks MUST be for an OT.

Didn’t Winston turn down bigger offers to stay? I don’t believe he’d commit without knowing he’s going to be the starter.

You don’t draft a first round QB to sit on the bench.

I’m praying for Penning and Best WR available.

I don't know how much stock to put in it, but I've actually seen some mocks that have Malik Willis going #2 overall to Detroit

This is what it’ll be in my opinion.

You don't re-sign Jameis Winston, and pick up a security blanket backup, to draft a quarterback in the first round in 2022. This isn't the year to do that at all. Maybe next year's draft where the prospects are much better quality.

Sure you do.

Giants brought in Kurt Warner for the sole purpose of having Eli hold a clipboard and watch from the sidelines the first season.

I’m all in on Willis at 16!!

Looks like this years version of Justin Fields and can be a Watson with hard work.

Kid was a P5 recruit and coached up by Freeze. I don’t see the knock.

Athletic QB is a must in my opinion. Scouts comparing him to Murray and Wilson.

Sign me up at 16 and don’t look back. Get me a LT at 19.

I’d rather Matt Corral over any other qb in the draft. Downvote away

What the hell? Of course, you can do that. The Chiefs traded up in the first round to draft Patrick Mahomes and then sat him for a year behind Alex Smith. The 49ers drafted Trey Lance with the 3rd overall pick last year knowing he could very well sit a year or even two behind Jimmy G.

It sometimes becomes hard to fathom just how idiotic some people are on this board.

Saints are still in Win Now mode. They have the QB. They are drafting LT and WR with the two 1st round picks, and will either sign Mathieu or draft a S with the 3rd round pick.

Book it.
