Kind of weird to talk about wanting to get bigger at DT and stuff the run and then talk about picking Rankins who is a little undersized and a pass rusher. That description sounds more like Jarran Reed.

That's why Rankins is the #1 ranked DT on most boards. Most scouts think he can stop the run and rush the passer. There are plenty of good/great DT's that are his size.
That being said, some scouts like Reed better. We should find out tomorrow though. They probably choose between Rankins, Reed, & Lawson, or the random guy that falls.
