Why not take a look at him, he's still got a few years left in him. He's a possession type receiver and can still get you 10-12 yards when needed. I would take him.

I think he's a firearm possession type receiver these days.

Not sure Harrison or his agent would let you "bring him in for a look". They will want some type of deal. Someone will sign him. We don't need a possession receiver. Moore and Colston define that.

Saints don't have the cap room, and they have enough WR's

I agree we have enough possesion receivers. Lets get an explosive receiver, well let me rephrase that, an explosive receiver that will catch it every time

I'd rather us bring in Torry Holt. He's almost 5 years younger than Harrison.

the last thing we need is a WR because we have both possession and speed types plus i would take sured handed colston and moore anyday over harrison and getting harrison would be worthless and absurd

Marvin Harrison's first venture into the NFL's free-agent market has entered its seventh week, and there are no indications the former Indianapolis Colts standout receiver is close to a deal.
"I'm not surprised," said Charley Casserly, a former general manager with the Houston Texans and Washington Redskins who is an analyst with NFL Network. "When I watch him as a player and look at the package, he's not going to get any better at this point in his career.
