I was a huge fan of this pick, but as I continue to do more research and check the guy out my kikaha-o-meter is starting to tingle. Guy says it wasn't his hamstring at the combine but some are calling BS. You can't judge a pick for like 2-3 years obviously but man.......

doesn't matter

you cannot pass on that level of CB talent if it's there at 11, especially considering the only other elite value at that slot was either FS or DT

CB >>>>>>>>>>>>>> FS

and we have a ton of DTs

The frick does this even mean. Kikaha had WAY more injury questions coming out.

Well CB is the position for us that gets decimated by injuries every year, so it would be nothing new

Let's at least get him to training camp and let him sit a few days before we start overreacting

I'm sure the Saints and their team doctors were totally unaware...

Unless he was shutting it down like Deion Sanders...yes you can pass on him.

This is really the only thing that concerns me about this pick. It sounds like he's the type of guy when every time he runs he gets his hammy nicked up. Anyone remember Stallworth? Seemed like that dude would pull a hamstring every time he ran.

He's a great talent but damn does he fit right in with our injury prone CBs.

If you were able to find this information over the course of one night on google, I'm pretty sure the Saints FO was aware of it as well.

Payton has drafted 2 corners in the 1st. Patrick Robinson (32) was a bust and Malcolm Jenkins who was a CB/S tweener. Jenkins is now a top Safety in the league. Not sure what you are trying to prove with that huge sample size.

I blame ESPN for that damn graphic. "Missed 21 games". Ok lets condense his 3 years down to 2 bullets. One of which doesn't explain the injuries were from 2 years ago. Played in 10 games last year and balled. Oh well why even bother? When did Saints posters get as bad as Ranters?

So true. If either of our first round picks would have gone to a division rival they would be world beaters.
