re: LSU DAD: Lattimore not the top CB in this draft

This is just this guys opinion. I don't really like to say who the best is especially at a position like CB. Too many variables will factor into who has the most success, I like the pick though.

fricking guy is a dumbass.
4.36 40yd dash and Lattimore has no recovery speed? I quit watching as soon as that statement was made. His purple and gold glasses are clouding his judgement.

You would think Bosa Elliott Thomas Apple Decker and Lee didn't all start as rookies last year with rookie of the year accolades.
OSU played OU PSU Clemson and Michigan last year who had WRs drafted at the least. Probably a few more

I've seen this guy before.
I don't find myself agreeing with him much, but I find his videos pretty amusing.

So, tell us where this guy is wrong or lying.

The trouble is, ALL Saints fans are like you. They watch the Saints shite in their own lunch every year in the draft.
Sure, LSU fans like more local talent. So why don't you go back the last 5 years, see who the Saints picked, and see the LSU player that was available..then circle balcony and show us your conclusions on which players have panned out better.

2012 We didnt have a 1st or 2nd rd pick. No LSU players worth drafting from the 3rd on
2013 we got Kenny V with the 15th pick, Eric Reid was on the board
2014 We drafted Cooks in the first rd, 2nd rd we Got SJB with Jarvis Landry on the board
2015 nothing from LSU worth taking
2016 we took Thomas in the 2nd with Deion Jones there
So besides for 2013 what could we have done different? You cant say the LSU players taken this year will all go to the ProBowl yet.
Glenn Dorsey went ahead of Sedrick Ellis and he was nowhere near worthy of a first rd pick if we looking back on it.

The way I see it is who gives a crap about that Old Man's opinion???
Except people who are insecure about the pick in the first place and go running around "looking" for stupid people to point at and say look he's doesn't agree with the Saints!!!!
pot meet kettle

Dak wasn't even the best rookie on his own team. Guess what school that guy went to?

Lattimore is a high risk because of long history of missing games with hamstring issues. I'll be very concerned with the heat down here. Bet he pulls up lame soon.. Saints are making some stupid decisions

Marshon Lattimore had the 5th fastest 40 time in the whole combine, and this guy says that he doesn't have any catch up speed.

Lol at this dude.
But honestly there are weaknesses in Lattimores game that no one really talks about and IMO White was the most complete corner in the draft, I think Louis Reddick had a similar opinion.

I always have worse hamstring problems in the winter when it's cold. I don't think any on this board know as much as he does about his hammies and the regimen he has figured out to make them better (hopefully for a long successful career)
Posted on 4/30/17 at 1:57 pm to Peazey
Some guys don't play the speed their 40 shows
Posted on 4/30/17 at 2:14 pm to KvngTigah
You and this guy are the only people who are questioning Lattimore's speed. Doesn't that just maybe make you think that you are pulling it completely out of your arse?

1. Ezekiel Elliott 2. Dak Prescott 3. Jordan Howard 4. Joey Bosa 5. Michael Thomas 6. Jack Conklin 7. Carson Wentz 8. Tyreek Hill

He's got some points. Tre White went up against twice the competition Lattimore has faced
Most people knows this. Remember many Saints fans were amped when Grayson was selected? Yet those who criticized him were basically booed.

Were we supposed to draft White with the 11 pick? Ravens took Humphrey over White. I have seen numerous people saying Humphrey wasnt any good at all. Lattimore was the best pick the Saints could have made. The video is of a guy thats showing his colors because the Saints didnt draft an LSU player.

So you're saying 3 of the top 5 were OSU guys, but you're complaining he said the top 3?
I think you could make a case the top 3 were OSU guys, the top RB, DE and WR. Dak won ROY because he plays QB, but I think most would agree Zeke had a better year stats wise for his position. Dak had a great year as a first year starting QB so I have no problem with him winning ROY.
