Falcons 1-0 in division

Saints 2-1.

There is absolutely NO POINT in discussing the division this early in the season

What else are we gna get excited and talk about after a win? I know the big picture is what's important, but to say that we shouldn't talk about the division after a much needed win is being a bit of a grinch.

Talk about how our running game looked great today after being subpar the past 4 games.

Talk about how drew brees looked like the drew from last season, hitting his targets with pin point accuracy.

Shoots, you can even talk about how a division win is huge at this point.

But saying that we're tied with atlanta? that means absolutely nothing right now. Atlanta has played 1 division game, we've played 3.

We are because if the season ended today, we would not be the leader of the division. The loss to ATL cost us "half a game" so to speak, despite the record being tied.

Why is it huge??? tell me why other than the fact that we're tryign to keep pace with Atlanta after that loss. That is the same argument as talking about the division genius. Pure semantics, nothing more.

Because we just come off of a tough road loss and responded with a division road win against a pretty good Tampa team.

They proved a lot today. It was a huge win!!
