For the record I do believe the Saints will do some trading and will not end up picking in all these positions but no realistic way to predict that.

29
Bryan Bresee
DL | Clemson

40
Drew Sanders
LB | Arkansas

71
Tyjae Spears
RB | Tulane

115
Luke Schoonmaker
TE | Michigan

146
Jaquelin Roy
DL | LSU

165
Dontayvion Wicks
WR | Virginia

227
Kei'Trel Clark
CB | Louisville

257
Chad Ryland
K | Maryland

Yes a kicker in the 7th because why not.

Would be over the moon with Drew Sanders at 29, would be into another stratosphere with Sanders at 40.

Just be prepared for the Saints to pick a position that is not a top need... I remember the Saints needing a CB for years and instead they went discount free agency and got crap...

If you are a Saints fan...you are prepared for anything in the draft.

Especially the melt. I can't remember one draft where the board didn't melt.

I blame that on mock drafts.

Mocks aren't a bad thing and I like reading them, but they never equal up to how a team grades a player.

That's why I've melted anyway over and over.

I can't remember one game, either. The melt here as a GIF

I'd totally be ok with it if it's their BAP

A top CB that you don't really need is better than a decent DT that you do need.

This is very true.

Their always seems to be a giant discrepancy in who the team sees as top players and who fans see as top players. and even more so in the area of what the team needs and how they feel about the players on the roster.

Caution: The more mocks you make/review, the more prospect names you'll familiarize youself with & start hoping the Saints will select...

...only to be disappointed when the actual Saints draft will have only selected 2 players you've heard of and 5 that you have absolutely no clue who the fvck they are.
