Did Hightower leave with injury?
PT23 has still been getting sniffs from other teams. Ya prolly couldnt find an easier fit from Day 1 LOL. Heck, bring him in tomorrow just until you find someone else. The real question would be if Marcus Murphy would give up 23?
I don't see Spiller or Murphy viable options for a lot more inside yardage. Might make it a bigger year for Ingram than anyone imagined? Payton has adhered to RBC as much as anyone. We have seen some of those departed backs show they were capable of much larger loads also.

ya, he's had recent workouts with the Niners & KC. He supposedly turned the Texans down over not enough money.
Worth it for a week or two just to teach Spiller how to work the screen LOL PT23 truly one of the best screen backs of alltime, not just the Saints.

you would have to think it would be Hightower...he went through camp, looked great in preseason and was on the active roster for a game already. He has a similar playing style to Robinson.
