Actually, Meachem might be the expensive man's Morgan.

I think San D would agree.

You still have to cut Morgan because of the match up problems that sproles brings. Morgan's upside is great but he hasn't proven that he can run routes well other than a bomb so IMO you have to go with sproles still.

No it's not really a hard choice at all.

Bye Morgan.

My original thought was going to be a Pierre Thomas or Joe Morgan thread.

That's actually a tougher choice for me...but still not a tough choice. Also, I think PT and Sproles have salary cap implications where Morgan does not. Not sure though.

I feel like I should charge you by the hour if I choose to participate in this thread.

A irrelevant hypothetical with no right answer just to entertain you?

No thanks

I feel like I should punch you in the mouth for having just posted that hypocritical thought on a fricking internet message board built for the sole purpose of passing time and typing shite.

maybe this explains the decline in quality here, if this is ST philosophy.

I come here for:

-News
-Relevant topics (ie, two guys that ACTUALLY might be in an either/or cut situation)
-Draft talk and prospects
-discussion of upcoming games or past games

I do not come here to fill bandwidth with empty space and I maintain a 2 day buffer before and after games to allow the explosion of dumb threads to subside.

So it's not a hypocritical post, it's just a post that disagrees with you.

And all you want is a debate/argument with no absolute answer, so I guess in a way, you are still getting what you want.

You should stick with Saints Report. I think they fit your style more.

Nope, because I'm still an a-hole. And this is a-hole haven when it comes to saints forums. I wouldn't last a week at saints report.

didn't p orly get kicked off of SR? and hes the hardly the most bannable guy on here. He's more of a kiss-arse

I love debates, even heated ones, as much as the next guy. But it has to be a topic that is worth debating about.

If you don't enjoy fun hypotheticals, then i can't help you. Click off the thread. Half of all sports conversations in real life are about fun hypotheticals. Should I start a "Should we cut Devery Henderson" thread for you?

Come on now. Joe Morgan is a WR with 9 catches on the whole season. Sproles had 7 just last game and he is a running back.

nah, thats ok; I made this argument semi-relevent to this forum so that I could participate.

maybe a

Prob-Jabari, cassillas-vilma-shanle, pt-ivory, bunkley-Sed, montez-gallete

I don't know, just something that could be discussed that has the inkling of a possibility of some type of real life substance.

Just my advice to the debate thread king.

take this fwiw, sproles has 588 yds total receiving. 483 are yards AFTER catch. Leaving 105 yard i guess "before" catch. 67 receiptions, that averages out to like a 1.5 yard distance catch. Props to him for the yac but he's getting basically extended fricking handoffs in space.
