But if that video were reversed. If he did EXACTLY what she did and you took the punch part out. He would STILL be charged with battery.

Maybe not, but you can like whatever you want, but context matters. A giant athlete is not going to get the same treatment in a fight as a little girl.

The NFL is a private club owned by 32 people. Not the same rules. Would you get fined for doing the archer move that Cooks can't?
I still say he may not get drafted at all or if the 32 do allow it he doesn't last past the second round.
