Saints need a play maker at WR not another TE. Watson does a fine job as a 2nd TE

You create a Gronk/Hernandez type threat. Payton would go nuts with these play designs.

I feel like we're going to see this next season regardless of if we draft a TE or not.. Hill

Agreed. Plantar Fasciatis(sp) is painful

Yep. Hurts like a bitch. And i think he had a partially torn plantar fascia tendon. Not just inflammation. I don't know how he could walk, much less play football. (other than a shitpile of novacaine).

I was disappointed w him like everybody else, but people forget he was playing hurt.

I don't think people understand he is not a WR.

I would argue he is a WR, since his blocking is awful and he consistently lines up in the slot/stretch.

I don't know how it works in the NFL but if Ingram had been used in 5 plays from the bench in 2013 and Drew had sent him out wide 3 of the five 60% lined up as a wide out he still is not a WR.
I understand from a agents leverage he would like it to be so but like porn, you know it when you see it.
When I see JG I see a TE.

I agree, goat. The media is making this TE vs WR crap. I don't think anyone truly believes that Graham is a WR.

I checked the official NFL stats for 2013 wide receivers.
Jimmy Graham has:
Zero catches
Zero TD's
Zero Yards

Will be hard to get a big contract with numbers like those

As LNG as we have to pay Brees 20 million it will be hard to keep players deserving of more money because of cap. Don't get me wrong I love Brees . I notice he does not have the offensive line that never let him get sacked a few years ago.
