I got a special place in my heart for Jamal Adams because of LSU, but this dude is way over the hill and can't cover to save his life. 28 receptions against him on 34 targets in 9 games last year. Hasn't had a sack since 2020. Over the top personality can be good when you're a pro bowler and your team is winning, but it can quickly become a problem when you're average. At best he's a back up strong safety, but I don't remember him being any good on special teams. Let him be someone else's problem.

I would give him a look.
He is not the player he used to be. He is only 28m years old, but injuries have taken its toll.

Nope.

He can't cover.

Teams will easily scheme around that.

By the way the Seahawks cut him and Diggs.
