Cowboys lost and so did Rams but yet you Clowns are at eachother's throat like school Girls over the last tampon....
(Over little Sheet)..
Pathetic really, Gentlemen...if you are.

honestly... the only thing that Saints fans didn't want to have happen that did is the Bears beating the Packers... but they had to grind that 1 out
Saints can make it a GREAT weekend with a win tomorrow night

Falcons win, cruising their way to a 7-9 finish instead of 4-12

Crazy how different this season is in comparison to '09. Seemed like everyone was just happy with every win and didn't expect anything. Just happy to finally see their team finally winning.
Fast forward to this season and everyone is on edge even at 11-2. Combine that with Drew possibly missing out on mvp again and this place feels like the rant after a 10-2 season bitching about the sugar bowl.

I was on edge at this point in 09. We just lost to the cowboys and the week after would lose at home to the Bucs, requiring an overtime win by the bears to secure HFA.
No different this year. We need HFA if we want to win super bowl

The odds of the #1 seed home field team winning the NFC championship game is staggering over the visiting team.

What’s this joker talking about?

Bright side is Bears are now 1 win from at least the 3 seed. If Rams & Bears remain 2 & 3, then we only need to beat one of them in playoffs.

they're in SF & MIN the last 2 weeks
you'd think they'd win that 49er game next week... but SF did just surprise the Seahawks today

By the Rams losing we can afford another lose and still win the tie breaker for HFA.. but still today was a good day gentlemen.. take care of business in Carolina and the next two are at home!

wtf are you talking about? We were all on edge this time in 09 because the Vikings were on our asses. They collapsed but our last weeks of rest were not necessarily guaranteed...

I wouldn't call it staggering, but I did check and since 1975 25 of the 43 top NFC teams at least made the SB. 16 of those 25 went on to win the SB (64% that made it won it; 37% of all top NFC teams won the SB).
Considering that there are 6 teams playing for that berth, that 58% chance of making the SB is very good, but when you are the top seed it also usually means you are the best team so not surprising.
Edit:
Checking the AFC, almost the same amount made the SB (24 of 43), but only 9 of those won it.
