he harm is that the defense shows up because good players come back off of injury and we are playing a shite team in the 3-5 skins.

I said Bye week

I don't think a change should be made unless we lose and are out

Fine we come off the bye and play a dogshit 2-7 or 5-5 Texans team and the rest of my post remains valid.

You evaluate the work he does. IMO we brought him in for this reason, but I'm all for a complete change on the defensive side of the ball. You may be able to salvage the season by some miracle.

I think most intelligent fans know Ryan is a scapegoat this season

It's because you have the same position coaches. The defensive coordinator isn't teaching tackling. Ryan is not excelling but all of the position coaches need to be run up the street.

yeah... that makes sense.

I'm at all the morons on here who said we had an easy schedule and should win the rest of our games other than maybe atlanta. This is the NFL. no games are easy. Any given sunday.

You know he is a friend of Payton, coached here 06-2010, and as a head coach of the Raiders led the team to a whoping 4-12, then 4-12, then fired after they went 0-4.

frick that dude. The work he does sucks. He's been evaluated.

We played a supposed dog shite team yesterday and look what happened. They had a rookie QB who moved up and down the field at will. I doubt Allen would do much better against a dog shite team with a experienced mediocre QB.

I just have to agree with others who have said similar things about the Circle Jerk Mafia previously. The only reason they are still here is they must know where Payton buried the bodies or the controlled substances.

This point of view is not popular on this board for some reason, but it's very true. The margin is so razor thin in the NFL that talent certainly matters and has a cumulative effect on the season as a whole, but week-to-week you can literally take the most talented team in the NFL and see them lose against the least talented team. Taking everything into account going on with the Titans this week, this should have been a win. The whole team looked deflated, was hard to watch.

In all those 7-9 years it seems the Saints M.O. is to beat the good teams and lose to the shitty ones. I'd be far more optimistic if the schedule was perceived as being "tough".

That don't have the players. Can't give a chef rotten ingredients to cook with, right?

Point; some players are not as bad as they seem on the surface.
