Is this broadcast piping on crowd noise?

Noticed it earlier on a good play for the Saints. Not many people there, but at times, lots of noise.

That's pretty normal for both LA teams. Visiting team's fans routinely outnumber Chargers and Rams fans. LA doesn't care about football. Vacationers and local transplants typically take over that stadium on Sundays.
