I just wanna know why throwing the ball against a wall is worth an unsportsmanlike penalty, but jumping around, waving and posing, then handing out a ball, all of which takes way longer than throwing a ball, is perfectly okay.

Stupid question,but had he spiked the ball normally, and it "hit" her, would it still be a penalty? So why if throwing it at the wall is no biggie, which is done all the time, yet it "hitting her" is what drew the flag? I mean, she's authorized to be there obviously, but she/NFL films people know they have the potential of being hit.
