Kurt Warner drinks?? Didn't seem like the type...
I'm not saying that because I'm a Brees homer, but this seems a bit off to me.

The undeserved Matt Ryan love shown by some is borderline childish. Anyone who puts that guy in the top 5 truly needs to have their head examined.
It just goes to show you how much the media can influence people's decisions. Get into the playoffs and you're all of a sudden a top 5, elite QB. We saw the same thing with Joe Flacco.

Speaking rationally, it's not even that he plays for the Falcons. And I'm not saying the guy sucks. It's just not accurate to put him above those guys just yet.
Football is football. If your kicker wins the game, or your running back or your quarterback, it's all a team thing. I get that.
But there were quite a few points last year when a missed kick equals a loss. As it happens with all teams. But it seemed often last season.
Like I said, not bashing, but he's not as good as the guys he's ahead of on that list. And it's an opinionated list of course. I just thought Warner was smarter than that.
I would like to see someone explain why, including Warner, Matt Ryan is above those guys........

I watched this segment with Kurt Warner picking these QB's. He said that he put Ryan there because the Falcons are loaded for bear at all of the skill positions around him.
I agree that even with that being understood, Ryan does not belong at the #2 spot. In fact, he is not in my top 5 at all. More like 7 or 8.

I would pick cam, kap, luck, RG3, over Matt as well. Matty ice is in my top 10 QBs to start a franchise with...then again there is still Eli, Big Ben, and Flacco who have won with far less talent around them...

He comes up way short compared to a lot of other QBs. Brees, Rodgers and Peyton Manning blow him away when it comes to stats, both career and single season. So does Brady, and he has a ton of post-season wins to go with it. All have Super Bowl rings; and that doesn't even mention the rings Eli Manning and Ben Roethlisberger have piled up. All are more successful than Ryan.
"Well, he hasn't played as long"; ok, on that point- he and Joe Flacco were in the same draft class. Flacco also has a ring and a bunch more playoff wins, too.
I'd be willing to bet that one of last year's rookies will win a Super Bowl before Ryan does. Maybe then, the hype will go away.

After I clicked your link I called my brother. He took this pic off here just to show it to me today. I thought it was interesting and posted it. I don't have internet at work and was bored when I got home and posted it.
I didn't see a thread about it so I started one.
But I had no idea where it came from. For all I knew he was watching TV today and snapped a pic and shared it with me.
I have no interest in stealing anything from you. Wasn't trying to steal a thread or whatever the crime is here.
What's obvious is if I had seen it or had known that it was your pic or you had started a thread on it already I wouldn't have posted it.
