and draft someone different in the 1st round how would the last 10 drafts be different for the saints. pick someone that was drafted after the saints picked or stay with the original pick.

2008

2007

2006

2005

2004

2003

2002

2001

2000

1999

Mine
1999-Champ Bailey
2000- 2nd Rd-Darren Howard (same)
2001-Deuce McAllister (same)
2002-1a Ed Reed
2002-1b Lito Sheppard
2003-I would have kept 17 and 18 and drafted Nnamdi Asomugha and Larry Johnson. If I would've traded up to 6 I would have drafted Kevin Williams or Troy Polamalu.
2004-Will Smith (same)
2005-Jamaal Brown (same)
2006-Reggie Bush (same)
2007-Greg Olsen or Alex Gonzalez
2008-Sedrick Ellis (same)

I agree with your list, but I'd rather have Jake Long than Sed

2007 I would have taken Aaron Ross out of Texas. He's the safety for NY giants now. Kids a baller.

1999 - Ricky Williams

There was nothing wrong with this pick other than the absurd amount of picks that we gave up to get him. The problems lied in how he was handled. They needed to get him under control and keep him in shape.

2000 - Same. I'll get back to the rest of the list later. There will probably be a lot of changes after that.

Why would you have taken Larry Johnson 3 years after taking Deuce? Plus we wouldn't have 2 first rounders since you didn't take Ricky and we got the extra first rounder from trading Ricky

yeah that list is retarded.. you have three first round running backs on that list.. not only would that not happen but we wouldn't have been able to afford them..

The problem with going back like that is everyone forgets the circumstances around that particular draft.

draft hindsight is always 20/20. Search thread title 'Draft History' and I reviewed all the worst Saint picks in each decade.
